My current plan has a minimum guaranteed speed of 57.7mbps but when I do a speedtest I only get around 20 or even less. I have got a replacement hub one and that fixed it for a few days but my speeds are now back to being a third of what I'm supposed to get. Could you do a line test to see if there is a problem with the line because I can't think of anything else that could be causing it.
