Low Upload Speed ?

I have had Plusnet Fibre Unlimited since 2nd Sptember, and it has proved very reliable and stable. 
I regularly monitor performance using the BT tester - latest results are:
Down speed :  38.24 Mbps,    Up speed :  8.69 Mbps  Latency 28.75 mS
Profile Down :  59.83 Mbps    Profile Up : 20 Mbps
Range    41.88 to 59.83 Mbps
These results are very typical with little variation week to week.
Question -  should I expect a higher Up load speed than 8.69 Mbps ?
My cable length to the cabinet is 740m. 
Internal installation comprises BT Openreach modem connected directly to incoming line at master socket incorporating a mk3 faceplate, with cat5 cable to router (Draytek 2830VN Plus)  upstairs. 
No extension phone wiring from master socket.

No real problems - just wondering about Upload Speed ?

Judging from your download, I'd say that's about right. Your line is on the right upload speed product, as can be seen from the profile being 20Mb. You may see slight fluctuations over time on it.

Thanks Chris for prompt response.
Lets hope performance doesn't deteriorate too far as more users come on line - currently around  20.  I believe I was the first according to Kelly installation engineer who said I was on pair 1 !
