Hi,
Currently have an issue with the phone as it's permanently engaged, can however dial out without an issue.
I switched from Sky to Plusnet on the 18th September and am not receiving the speeds expected. My estimated line speed is 69Mbps but I'm not getting close to that...
I've ran BT's speed test three times (direct connection to router) and also have my line stats....
Run 1:
Download Speed (Mbps): 53.66
Upload Speed (Mbps): 15.30
Ping Latency(ms): 22.25
Run 2:
Download Speed (Mbps): 53.64
Upload Speed (Mbps): 15.24
Ping Latency(ms): 20.13
Run 3:
Download Speed (Mbps): 53.65
Upload Speed (Mbps): 13.98
Ping Latency(ms): 21.50

Is there anything obviously wrong on here?
I did have a engineer visit scheduled for Tuesday, however, I cancelled it as the phone started working again, but now it's not. Think I should re-schedule one...

Hi,
I've just taken a look at your account and can see we've arranged for an engineer to come and see you tomorrow.
I hope that gets the problem fixed but do post back here if not or if we need to follow up on anything for you.

Openreach have visited and found no faults.
The issue with the phone being constantly engaged is down to the porting of the phone number itself I'm told.

Thanks a lot for the update, a lot of speed and disconnection faults we see around this time of year can be weather related. As things are looking more clement across a lot of the UK today are things any better with your speeds?
