Can you run a GEA Test ?

 

I just notice my speeds seem to be well down below even what the box says it should be for a bad line

I have had enginners out in past they have fitted new socket im not using a cheap router and even tried your ones but still upload down to 26 meg we it says min should be nearer 36 meg even for a bad line

Hey @mjakes4178,

'm sincerely sorry you are having trouble with the speed of your broadband and I apologise for the frustration caused. On testing your service today and running a GEA test it appears your line is banded meaning your speed is not going to go any higher than 30mbps. I've provided more info on a support ticket for you here.
