Low Fibre Speed

Hi, since yesterday my Fibre Plusnet went down from over 60mb/s to around 10mb/s. 

Is it that because of the notice on service status?

I live in Rugby, Eeast Midlands

hi, same here i tryed yesterday spent 2hrs on chat trying to resolve this also tryed to phone but there automated system wasnt allowing to go through to faults?give up in the end as i was busy.just tryed speed test again and at 13 upload and 13 download i am on 76 fibre. also rugby

Is it that because of the notice on service status?

No. The MBORC issues won't cause your broadband to have issues, it's there to inform you that issues may take longer than normal to resolve.

Have you been through any troubleshooting and reported this to us?
