Low Download Speeds

Hi there,

We've been having some real problems with our download speeds and they have consistently been way below the minimum guaranteed speed of 65Mb and barely reaching 30Mb and hovering around standard non-fibre speeds. We were wondering if there is perhaps something causing these issues and would like you guys to help us out with our issues.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with your speed. I checked it from our side and everything seems to be working as we'd expect. Can you advise if the speeds you are seeing are solely on wireless connections, or wired connections also?

Have you had the opportunity to review our wifi troubleshooting here?

Out of interest, do you have the facility to perform a speed test on a wired connection as a comparison?
