Low Broadband Speed

Hi, Although we have fibre broadband extra, the speed has dropped recently. A month ago I measured a download speed of approximately 60MBits/s, but today and for the past week it has dropped to 17MBits/s. Nothing has changed in our router installation. Please can this be checked at the exchange or DSLAM?

Hi @Hoops1

 

Thanks for highlighting this - I've tested your connection and we're seeing you in sync at 70mb/s.

 

I'd initially suggest connecting your router to the test socket of your premises as shown here.

 

If that doesn't help, raise a fault here and we'll ask our suppliers to take a look at this for you.
