Have just switched to plusnet from day one i have had a problem connecting to the internet and email.
I can stream TV Ok with my NOW tv box without a problem all the time even when im unable to browse the web on any device. I have tried connecting with only one device at a time to see if there is a problem there. I have replaced all cables and filters with out a solution.
im having to reboot the hub every 15 to 20 minutes to reconnect some day 20 to 30 times its driving me mad Last week was the only good week i have had up to press with 7 days of uninterrupted connection.
I logged it as a fault they ran there tests and to me it was OK but its not
