I was using internet as usual with no problem. Now it is down for 30 mins and I tried everything I was recommended (resetting router, checking dsl cables etc) and it didnt help. Router light is yellow and there is a red “b” shaped light as well.. What do I need to do?
I used online chat to get in touch with support team. In total, it took 5 minutes to get it done I would highly recommend it to contact support.

You wrote this last night. If you still have a problem contact Plusnet and report it as a fault. That may mean phoning if you don't have any way of accessing chat or using the fault reporting system (both of which require internet, but necessarily on your own line).
