Lost for words

Following on from this:

I'm just lost for words really and angry. I've taken a day off for the engineer to come this morning for an appointment between 8am and 1pm. No one has turned up all day. No one informed me this was going to happen. Seriously what is going on? This has cost me a days loss of wages. I've even suggested another time and date for the engineer to come. But still no communication.
