Lost connection out of hours


For the first time in a very long time, my connection has dropped in a big way. Looking at my router logs I lost WAN connection at 15:30 today and it's not recovered since. Constant error message of "timeout waiting for PADO packets"

Called support just after ten pm, didn't realise they shut! For some reason I thought I always had 24/7 support.

Anyway, while I wait until 7:30 tomorrow when I can call support, does anyone have any experience with this type of error?

Sorry to hear that.

From testing your connection it appears that there's a outage in your area.

We'll get that fixed as soon as we can.
