Lost Internet connection

Hi. My Internet connection dropped at the weekend. Rebooting my router sorted it.

Today it dropped again and i can't reconnect. It's complaining about a ppp problem.

I've eventually done a factory reset on my router and reentered my credentials. Still, ppp won't connect.

I've attached screenshots of the ppp settings from within the web interface and via the telnet cli interface.

Please do you have any ideas what i can try?

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing connection problems.

Our suppliers have advised us that there's a major service outage at your cabinet.

An engineer has been tasked out to investigate within the next 24 hours.
