Loss of access with new openreach for Panasonic TV

Just had my broadband upgraded with the new openreach modem installed.
I can no longer access the internet through my Panasonic DVD recorder via Solwise homeplug.
The home plug is working OK accessed via laptop however can't get teh TV to recognize the internet.
Any ideas anyone?

Have you manually set any gateways in the DVD/TV? If the router changed, it could be that it's pointing at an old IP. (This is less likely if you are using routers from us).

I have everything set to manual on the recorder but no joy. I was with Plus net previous to this.  I have the new router DN and IP, However I haven't got the details from the Hub. Is there a way to allow a MAC Address the be recognised by the gateway?

Re: Loss of access with new openreach for Panasonic TV

There is a history of Panasonic recorders not behaving correctly when connected to TG582n.
I presume the Solwise home plug devices are synchronized and working.
Try using manual IP settings on your Panasonic recorder to see if it solves the problem.
