Losing connection to online games.... again...

Losing connection tonight in most online games, also noticed ping has jumped from 20 to 100+ Bring back the old network...

Im getting this when i try to see what gateway im on .........

New network Congestion

It would appear that your suffering from the same issues as quite a few of us, if you raise a fault be prepared for the following to happen,

1. Your line will be checked and found to be error and congestion free,

2. You will then be told by another agent there is no fault who will then explain that despite there being no fault its down to exchange contention/congestion.

3. This will then be followed by a message saying no fault found its your wireless settings that are the cause and thats the case even if your using a wired connection.

All of those have happened to me in the last week, so good luck and don't expect a quick fix or any fix as i've given up hope(21 weeks and counting of constant ping/packet loss/peak time slow speed issues).

I just dont understand why there is still ongoing network problems, the whole point of the new network was to free up all the conjestion, seams worse than ever now.

I agree with you - I'm on the new network as far as I know and I've got bad packet loss, bad latency and speeds that are all over the place.

Well lucky for me im not tied into any contract, so if things dont pick up ill be moving on.
