Hi
Been getting a lot of Disconnection recently and have put a ticket in..Did the listen to the telephone test and it was noisy.Is this going to be a major problem where I am going to be without internet, or is it something that can be easily sorted ?

Hi Wizhunter,
It's unlikely the fix for such an issue would leave you without a connection unless the effects of the issue get any worse in the meantime.
Line tests that I've just performed are indicating a "loop fault" This can often be caused by a faulty piece of equipment in the home.
The best way forward is if I can arrange a 1 hr window with at least a few hours notice so I can test the line again with everything disconnected.
Please drop me a reply and a PM when you pick up on my reply.
