Lloyds bank users?

Can i ask how you go about changing to another DNS please? Thank you

Google DNS is 8.8.8.8 and then the second option (if you want it) is 8.8.4.4 

I do that and I'm fine, my desktop PC is connected to my router via ethernet cable....you may have to do the actual router if you are wireless...not sure on that one!

Looks like Plusnet has now resolved the DNS issue affecting access to the Lloyds Bank online banking log-in server.  I have received a Twitter messages from Plusnet Help suggesting I reboot my Plusnet router. [I had tried this earlier today without success.] This time it worked - access to the Lloyds log-in page is now restored (17:55 on 18/11/2017).

Yes I have just this minute logged into mums account with no problems.
