Line sync and BT speed ok - but slow off-network speeds
Hi,
Since this morning (although it seemed slow last night I didn't test it) I've been getting poor speeds.
Running BT's speed test gives the usual ~72Mbps result. But testing outside of the BT/Plusnet network gives a much slower result.
I've run a few at speedtest.net (using different servers) and it's giving me an average of 8-9Mbps.

I've checked to make sure I've got nothing else running, and I'm connected over Ethernet.
Are they any peering and transit or other network congestion issues going on?
