It may be that the speeds have dropped gradually overtime due to something known as crosstalk which is effectively interference from others line on fibre.
With regards to the values on the DSLChecker you may find these go down overtime as they can be changed based on real-life performance.
If you still want us to investigate further then you'd need to update the ticket with availability for another engineer visit.
Alternatively you can downgrade to Unlimited Fibre as at the moment you aren't getting much faster speeds on Extra. Again if you wanted to do this we'd need you to update your ticket.
