My speed has gone down to 0.59 this is no good that y I am on here to see if there is a problem

Sorry to hear that you are both having issues with speed.
Can you confirm that you have tested using an ethernet connection to rule any issues with the wireless and if possible complete speed testing at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/
Let me know how you get on.

Peter, is there any way you could check in on the status of my line fault? I posted here: https://community.plus.net/t5/Fibre-Broadband/Connection-dropping-out-since-this-morning/m-p/1395196... at present, I'm no longer getting disconnects but my connection is far from stable (15-15000ms constantly) with roughly 75% packetloss. I'm curious if there is work going on currently and when it's likely to settle down? Re: the "Impairment in copper joint" Error. Note, running the test you link these are my results at present:
Download 30.87 Mbps
Upload 8.00 MBps
Ping 772

Thanks, i went ahead and sent you a PM. Turns out the disconnects haven't stopped, just less common. Still unuseable internet due to the latency spikes though (impossible to stream and/or play games atm)

Done speedcheck with ethernet.
Ping ranges from 23ms to as high as 327ms.
Download speed is always around 3.5
Upload speed is around 0.2

The fault is at Point of no return at this time so it looks like an external engineer has been tasked to go out.
We should have updates within the next 24 hours.

Hi Jimmymorgan,
I have tested your service and found that there is a disconnection in the network on your phone service . This will be the source of the issues on your broadband.
The ERT for repair is the 16th December.
