Line speed not changed after opeanreach visit yesterday

Line speed still 19.3 ,still getting that in speed test .speed in router shows 30 meg ,speed on bt guys stuff shows 30 meg

Speed directly connect to two opeanrach modemds shows 30 meg yes wont go past 18 on speed tests

No faults found by opeanreach even though my ticket said i had a fault in the wire.

Getting somewhat annoying paying full price for half my service ..

Hi the Plusnet Profile needs to be changed as it's still stuck on the speed when you had your fault, if you go to online chat someone there should be able to change it for you and you will get the correct speed.
