Plusnet can adjust your profile if it needs to be changed to match the BTW IP Profile but they can not reset the profile, the only time you can have it reset is if a fault is found at the fibre cab and or the exchange and work has to be done on either or both to fix the fault only then can it be reset, other than that your reliant on DLM to make the changes it deems necessary which can be hell of a wait.
