Line profile increase

Hi,
Just wondering I've just upgraded from Fibre unlimited to fibre extra and it mentioned that the change would take effect on the next billing cycle.
Is it possible to have one of the Plusnet staff manually increase my line profile now as I'm eager to have this changed.

You could try logging onto your router,  and Diisconnect for a few minutes, then Connect again, then see if your line speed has increased.

I've not tried this however I have unplugged the router and modem from a power source for a few minutes and reconnected and found no difference.

The way we process this has changed so us changing the profile wouldn't speed it up I'm afraid.
