Thank you for the test results.

Prior to the perbutation which occured at 05-Feb-2020 15:48, the sync speed was

22.15Mbs DL, 2.45Mbs UL,

post the event the sync speed was

22.59Mbs DL, 1.16Mbs UL

Note the drop in the UL speed.

I waited until I received a GEA to confirm this, then rebooted the modem.

Currently the speeds are

22.35Mbs DL, 2.54Mbs UL.

I am at a loss to understand what happened here, and look forward to any ideas from Plusnet or other learned persons on the board.
