Hi @Casterina
Unfortunately, I am unable to open and view the pictures from your links - for some reason our intranet does not like imgur, apologies for that.
However I can provide you with your estimated speeds range and current sync rate!
Our suppliers have stated that your Downstream Handback Threshold is between 35 - 48.9Mbps as seen here;
Featured Products |
Downstream Line Rate(Mbps) |
Upstream Line Rate(Mbps) |
Downstream Handback Threshold(Mbps) |
WBC FTTC Availability Date |
WBC SOGEA Availability Date |

VDSL Range B (Impacted) | 67.6 | 40 | 20 | 13.4 | 35 | Available | Available | -- |
Despite this, I can see that your router is syncing at 57.2Mbps, so over and above that threshold.

Thanks for your reply @MasterOfReality, the two image links were the BT Wholesale checker and router stats.
As seen on your image, my speeds are within the low downstream line rate of 40-55.8Mbps, do you know how I can get to the higher band of 67.6-78.7Mbps? As the router shows the maximum data rate is 21942 up / 68293 down.
Also, my noise margin is 6.3 / 6.3 but I read online that BT has rolled out the changes to 3dB?
