Line keeps disconnecting

Hello,
unfortunately my fttc line keeps disconnecting. Sometimes it disconnects every 2-5 minutes, reconnecting takes up to 10 minutes. The line is pretty much unusable this way. Is there a chance this is ever going to improve?

Definitely. I can say that with confidence as diagnostic checks I've just made do show a fault.
