Line issues today- TBB graph shows 100% packet loss

Just wondering if there was an outage today? My router is reporting no downtime, but there is a big red block, around midday on my TBB graph.

Looks like BT were affected according to reports on TBB, no problems on Daisy Wholesale.

Some of BT's core infrastructure suffered an issue for approximately 45 minutes starting at 11:30am this morning, unfortunately because the line stayed synced and it was further downstream my connection didn't failover to the backup 4G connection.

That's why this forum is really useful! I too noticed the gap in service around midday yesterday and wondered what on earth was going on, especially as my router logs didn't show anything. Very good to have at least the explanation that it wasn't just an issue with my line.
