Line check please speed drop

Hi plusnet
could you check my line  looks like we have been given a new line profile around 66 Mbps download I know that's not bad but we only live 100 meters from the cabinet did not think we could drop so much.

Your lines testing fine.
Unfortunately the drop could be down to crosstalk as more users swap over to fibre.
Our suppliers wouldn't investigate this I'm afraid as its not big enough of a drop.

I did think it could  be as more users take  Fibre with crosstalk and stuff. I was just thinking back to when the BT engineer came round to install the modem he said we are connected at full sync and crosstalk wouldn't be a problem with such a short line well it is what it is I guess.

Unfortunately crosstalk will happen on all fibre lines although people have different experiences with it.
That's not to say it might not go back up in future but I can't promise anything.
