Why? Hasn’t effected my sync speed, what affect does this have on my connection?

Thanks for your post @atann and apologies for the delayed response.
In theory and in practice it shouldn't be possible to have a line attenuation of 0dB because that'd mean there's no distance to the line at all. Your line is showing to be about 377 metres so 14.5dB is about right for that.
