Line and Fibre Ceased by Plusnet due to human error

Hi all

Today around 16:00 my fibre broadband stopped working. The thought it would be some technical issue so I restarted it several times with no luck. Finally I called Plusnet who surprisingly told me that your account is stopped. I was not give any acceptable response. The guy on the phone said we have to re-register you and took the direct debit details and passed me to provision team. However I am then told that it will take 5 days to get it up and running. This is not acceptable as Me and my wife we work from home and my main work requires to be online throughout the day. We have got smart devices that needs broadband and my son and daughter needs to do tuitions. I am so frustrated now with Plusnet. I have been asked to use BT wifi for few days and the money will be refunded. But is it going to make things normal for next 5-7 days?
