Is it possible to get my line activated now I've had the router for a few days just waiting to hear when it's activated

Hi @Insomniak66,
Thank you for your patience.
Your account is active and you should now be able to get online once you have connected your router.
If you have already connected your router but are unable to get online, please factory reset your router using the hole labelled 'Reset' on the back, until the power light goes solid red (This can take up to 15 seconds).
Please allow 15 minutes to configure. Let us know how it goes please.
