Can you please plusnet or anyone explained why I ve got too much errors(HEC) and why is SNR margin (dB) Upstream (0) ?

What modem/router are them stats from?? some routers have incorrect gui error stats (you will need to telnet in to get the correct figures)

It's a GUI bug with the unlocked HG612 Modem, mine says the same.
