Line Fixed - Fibre Download still 13mbps

Hi,
Just before Easter I lost the dial tone on my phone, and my Fibre speed dropped to 13mbps / 2mbps, the line has now been fixed (confirmed by a call from the BT Engineer and return of the phone service), however the Fibre D/L speed still barely reaches 13mbps.
The BT engineer seemed to think that this was caused by the original fault (A lost circuit 'leg') and advised me to contact PN to investigate, and here I am 
I was previously getting 35mbps D/L and 6mbps U/L prior to losing the landline.
Could PN staff please look into this?.

Your profile updated a couple of days ago but your connection hasn't dropped yet.
If you log into your router and disconnect you'll see a increase.
