Line Fine for Months, Now Dropping Constantly

My line has always had issues with dropping sync but going back a few months ago my sync potential went from 22Mb to 32Mb and it's been fine since then. Now in the last month or so, it's been dropping constantly despite the fact I'm still capped at 25Mb of 32Mb. Here are the disconnect logs for the last while that the router's actually stored.

Attached are the router stats which as you can see, have massive headroom due to the artificial 25Mb cap in place. The router is currently a FRITZ!Box 7530 (as I've used many routers over the life of this line to try and solve these issues, Openreach have been called out no-less than 7 times on this line now, no-one seems to care about actually following through and fixing it).

This is obviously a nightmare for work, productivity and gaming given that everything is online these days.

So... what's going on?
