Line Check Please Speed Drop

Broadband has halved in speed in the last couple of days is usually at least 68mb and now.

Probably worth doing a test at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ and then running Further Diagnostics to get a BT profile.  Post the speeds and BT profile from that test.

Download speed achieved during the test was - 25.83 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 40 Mbps-31.78 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 31.78 Mbps
Have had it a year or so and has never dropped below 68mb.
On Fibre Extra.
Where it says max speed of 40mbps has always been somewhere around 70mbps.

Our tests haven't found a fault although I can see there's been a huge drop.
