Line Check Please Powercut induced Speed Change

One hell of a thunderstorm, almost as dark as night during the day at its worst and Torrential rain. A general power cut lasting about an hour knocked out broadband (and cabinet, I reckon). Four weeks of steady speed 37.2Mbps down, and 11.0 Mbps Up has changed to 34.5 Down, 12.7 Up, oddly. I have difficulty with speed variation where its sat steady, I get annoyed whenever I lose speed, just me I guess, a flaw but I can't help it.
I know its not much, but with VDSL2+ it seems almost anything upsets the Apple Cart, so very touchy.
Can you check my line please PlusNet if anything amiss.

Upstream Speed 15.0 Mbps
Your line is in sync above the speeds you're seeing, so nothing restricting you at all. There's no issues showing on a line test either.
