Line Check Please Intermittent internet drop out

I'm losing the internet intermittently seemingly for as long as it takes to reconnect/reboot. I use the supplied BT Hauwei Modem connected to a TP-Link router modem in Router mode. I find that this gives me the fastest and most stable connection but it doesn't give me any figures to look at.

Can you check my line please and post a record of my recent connection record to see if the line is disconnecting?

I lost connection about 10.10 this morning and would like to see if it's shown please.

Hi there, 

 

The line looks stable according to our logs. If your connecting over WiFi have you tried connecting to the router over ethernet to see if the same thing happens?

Connected through internet but I think the problem occurs with either.

 

Can you post a recent log of connection please?

Thanks adamwalker, This tells me what I wanted to know, I reckon. The BT Modem and connection are not dropping, so any fault is my side of them. Choice is live with it or do sommat to trace and rectify. Intermittent faults aren't the easiest to track, but provide plenty of brain exercise which either strengthens it, or wears it out completely.

If I ever get to remember which, it'll be the former!!
