Hi everyone, I have booked and paid £160 for a lift and shift on my master socket as I need the internet socket to be upstairs to meet my companies homeworking policy.
There is a chance that I may not need to continue with this lift and shift due to a possible change in my work circumstances.
Am I able to cancel this appointment and obtain a refund? I found it strange I had to pay upfront before any work was completed so I am abit worried. I may need to change this appointment to a later date and potentially cancel the appointment if the homeworking situation changes.
At this stage it is just a query/hypothetical question not a request.
I just need some advice really.

Hello,
As long as you let us know at least 2 working days before the appointment, we can cancel it and provide a full refund.
I hope this helps.
