Hi all,
Had my DSL upgraded to Fibre today - woo!
However... all is not well. I am using a DrayTek 2820 and have managed to get everything set up and connected.
Doing a speed test however is showing I am connecting at .72 of a Mbps.
Reading through the forum I suspect this might be a case of my account needing to be re-profiled?
Can someone from tech support please take a look!?

You can check yourself - what is the current line speed here https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed
If that isn't the cause it may be something at BT's end

Indeed yes
It may well sort itself out over night but it it doesn't post here in the morning and the staff will pick it up
Alternatively phone in and ask for the Plusnet profile to be updated

The " gumph" PN send out says they will auto check and correct the profile in 48 hours - never seems to happen though

It looks like the ticket that we were using to make the changes to your account was closed through the member centre. I've arranged for the account to switch, and in the next few minutes you should have super fast fibre

you may need to disconnect/reconnect the router if you don't see a PPP drop
