Legacy 40/20 Product - have I been moved properly to 55/10?

So, today is meant to be the day my legacy product was moved from 40/20 to 55/10.

I can confirm that my upload now sits at 10, but my rock solid 38 download is still sitting at 38 - it hasnt budged upwards at all.

Can somebody at plusnet confirm what speeds I am now syncing at?
