It should be gone now. Turns out the AAISP advice didn't work for my 6800 so instead I've set up a port forward rule to send 53 to an unused IP address. Maybe I'll email Billion to ask about the filtering but I get the impression that the 6800 is the runt of their litter. It's never had a firmware update and doesn't have much information available.
