When playing online games, my connection seems to freeze for 2-3 seconds every minute or so. Other members of the household have been experiencing issues with online calls e.g. skype, which appear to to be the same frequent drops.
I ran a ping test and noticed around the same frequency, a reply would take between 1000ms and 2500ms, whereas the normal ones are consistantly lower.
I am assuming this is an issue in plusnets network as I ping other devices in my network an they're consistant (not sure if that proves anything but thought I'd mention it).
I've tried to contact support but the online chat and phones are down on plusnet's end.
Does anyone have any ideas what I can do?
