Morning guys,
Something strange going on with my line from yesterday evening through the night. Massive latency spikes last night and a couple of drops overnight, which appears to have caused DLM to drop me from 37 - 34Mbps, just had another drop and latency has shot right up too.
Can someone have a quick look at my line to see if there's anything obviously wrong? It's been stable for about 4 months now before this, no one was in last night to be downloading etc to account for the increased latency.
Thanks in advance

Hi there,
I've just taken a look over the fault and can see that the report had been 'cleared' back to us as resolved, obviously this is not the case as the fault is still ongoing. I've therefore rejected this back and we'll check for further updates asap.

Thanks Chris, I found out Openreach are digging up round the corner from me, but I believe my line goes the opposite direction so this probably isn't related, just a coincidence but thought maybe worth mentioning.
