Thanks a lot for providing the details, something quite odd is going on, in that I've been unable to get into your router. I've just sent out a new Plusnet Hub One, waiving all P&P fees, to see if this helps with your connection. I've also sent out a returns bag if you wouldn't mind popping the previous router in the post?

Good morning @brownyy
Thanks a lot for reaching out, glad to hear that your speeds are back to where they should be.
To be honest, a high ping can be caused by a wide range of issues, including the servers being used by external institutions. Sometimes though, a high ping can be associated with underlying line issues, however I've run ran a KBD and RRT on the line, which is not showing any issues whatsoever.
Have you done any internal troubleshooting at all? You can find further steps to take here.

The Downstream Assessment relates to the current sync speed, in relation to the speeds that can actually be achieved on the line itself, and previous sync speeds. There's no doubt that the sync speed has decreased very slightly lately, however there are no underlying faults, and the sync speed on your line is still within estimates (37Mbps) - so we wouldn't raise a fault in this scenario.
