Hi,
I've recently upgraded to fibre and during the first few days of my service I had a latency of 12ms then after about 5 days my ping is now 40ms, my download / upload speed hasn't changed. it may not seem like much but I'm a gamer and it makes a huge difference.
Could anyone explain why this might have happened? I'd really love the 12ms back!

Line tests have picked up on a potential issue, it's a mismatch between speed profiles on two of our supplier's systems.
Can you report this over at http://faults.plus.net please and let me know when you have?

Thank you for your reply. I am actually with John Lewis (part of Plusnet) so i will need to report this on their website. I should be getting around a 15 download as well going on the distance I am from the cabinet but am only getting 6!
