Right my bill was late I paid it today at 4:30pm and it said online my account is back to normal and I can go on the Internet as normal and my phone line will be back up and working with in the hour its now been 4 hours my phone was back on and working with in 10 minutes but I still have no Internet connection on my router been trying to get through to Plusnet on the phone for the last 2 hours but am still on hold haven't spoken to anyone yet does anyone know when I will be able to get my Internet connection back or have I just been ripped of by them paying them online and still no further I have had a look online and spoke to the online advisor they said it she be working and if not to phone so I phoned and am still on hold grate thank for the great costumer service
