After all these years of online internet connections we are still "making do" or even making it up as we go along. How many variables are there? Are all these problems just down to the integrity of our old copper wires? It should be a science by now. Procedural. Where do all these variables come from?
All the time we hear of connection and speed issues. Problems switching provider, problems with billing, with this and with that. Is it really rocket science? Where is the root problem? Using a network not designed for modern use? Users find brand new fibre to the premises problematic.
Is it just me who thinks there is something amiss here?
I must add I am not blaming anyone - certainly not Plusnet. Just an observation.
