Latancy

Hi 

Over the past months,I've had constant dropouts every time it rained. I've had engineers out many times.But the last engineer seemed to have fixed the issue.But now I've noticed a much higher ping. I just spoke to somebody on the phone and they told me, nothing can be done. Is that right ?

Can you advise what ping you're seeing and what servers you're pinging?
