I joined Plusnet on the Unlimited Fibre 80/20 package in 2013. At the time i was getting 59 Down and 18 Up. This was inline with the BT prediction of what my line was capable of.
What i have noticed is that this speed has drifting down and currently stands at 42 Down and 10 Up.
My package is Unlimited Fibre Extra using the Plusnet hub one router/modem (which has been prone to dropping the line around once a week, where as the separate BT modem and technicolor tg582n router was rock solid but with poorer WiFi).
Can someone from Plusnet take a look at this for me and check my line for faults/configuration errors.
