Large packet loss on ptw-bng01 today

Hi,
Are Plusnet aware of any problems? My line stats are completely normal so can only point the finger at the gateway. (Can also see this in image from my sig, so know it's not from TBB.)

Cheers.

Re: Large packet loss on ptw-bng01 today

It does look like there was a issue as it affected me also .
My graph was showing loss but the line was performing fine. Was this causing any issues?

There's maintenance due next week on the BNG's but we'll need to see what happens tonight as well.

Ick that's a nasty f8lure graph you have there.
I notice a very slight bit of PL from the F8lure firebrick to my connection, but otherwise looks ok.
I'm not there at the moment but it looks like I'm on PL-BNG03 from the traceroute towards my IP.

Yeah horrible again today, both the first post graph and my sig graph are live.
