So, here I am no doubt talking to myself again.... will someone from Plusnet please read this thread of mine and respond.

 

My landline went dead around lunchtime again today and the follow on meant my broadband and wifi also went down. Only for like 5 minutes but it happened..... again.

 

It's actually happened 3 times today since lunchtime and is such a pain in the [-Censored-] when I am trying to homework on the works laptop I have and when I am having meetings online.

 

I can understand wifi being hit and miss at times but the landline / telephone went dead also.

 

I am sick of banging my head against a brick wall, posting on here and no one from Plusnet replying when other threads get replies.

 

I have done all the tests and used the test socket etc but I am still having my landline and broadband / wifi regularly cut out.

 

I want out of this ridiculous 18 month contract I signed up for that started on October 1st and should not have to pay any early exit fee as your service IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

 

I will run any router stats / tests you want, just please will someone from bloody Plusnet have the decency to read this thread and reply to me.
